Pool  Policies

Pool Hours:  6 AM – 9 PM / Pool Occupancy Limit: 60  

• Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
• You may use your key to let in family members or your invited guests, once inside the pool gate area, please prevent from letting anybody else including any other homeowner who has “forgotten their key”.  Note: There is a replacement fee for lost keys.
• NO alcoholic beverages or tobacco products of any kind are allowed inside the pool gates.
• NO smoking.
• No life guard is on duty. All swimming is done at your own risk.
• Swimming alone is prohibited.
• All family members and/or guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times while inside the pool gates.
• Please make sure gate closes behind you.
• No pets are allowed inside the pool gates.
• Proper swimming attire only.
• All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
• Any persons having an infectious or communicable disease are not to enter the water.
• For the health and safety of other swimmers, babies and toddlers may not enter the water without swim diapers.
• NO running, rough play or horse-play inside the pool gates.
• All food must be kept in the covered areas only.
• NO glass containers will be allowed within the pool gates.
• All trash must be disposed of properly. Please keep the pool and pool area clean.
• When the pool is closed during regular swimming hours, it is for cleaning or chemical correction.  For your own health and safety, please respect the closed signs.
• Not complying with the above policies can result in loss of pool privileges.

The HOA will be working with Neighborhood Pool Service, Inc. for the maintenance of the pool and pool areas including restrooms.  Please report only pool maintenance problems to Neighborhood Pool Services at 361-7474.
